Eina, the brekkie spot had this killer view of the Bosphorus—so lekker! Plus, Efe at reception was sharp-sharp, helped me with everything. The location is just perfect for getting around to all the main sights!

The Standard Double Room was comfy and clean, just what you need after a long day. They had nice little touches, like prayer mats in the room, which I thought was thoughtful. the room felt a bit small and could get noisy during busy hours. it worked for me during my stay.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find the location was not far from significant sights like the Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia Museum, allowing for easy daytime exploration. The rooftop breakfast was a real highlight, offering amazing views of the Bosphorus while I enjoyed my meal. The room was clean with thoughtful touches such as prayer mats, which added a special detail to my experience. the traffic noise outside did make it a bit challenging to catch a good night's sleep.

my overnight stay here was fantastic! the clean room had 2 prayer mats and a comfortable bed, which exceeded my expectations from my previous visit in istanbul. breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight, served with stunning views of the bosphorus.

Had a nice stay! The location was really close to major attractions and there was a handy shop nearby for snacks. The manager was super friendly and helped with everything. Only thing is the restaurant could use more variety on the menu. Otherwise, totally cozy and clean place.

the hippodrome is a lovely hotel with a fantastic location, just a short walk from the blue mosque. the breakfast was amazing, with a stunning view of the bosphorus. sezgin, the manager, was extremely helpful and made my stay enjoyable.

The upgraded room was a pleasant surprise. the lift was out of service for a day.

The setup here is quite convenient with apartments that have separate rooms for six adults and a kitchenette, making it perfect for groups. Plus, the location lands you right between some major landmarks, which cuts down on travel time for sightseeing.

I found the services overpriced. for instance, the airport transfer was about double the local taxi rates, which could easily be grabbed without hassle at the airport. The breakfast arrangement is a bit of a trek. I also experienced a day without a working lift, which was less than ideal when lugging bags around. I noticed a couple of blown light bulbs in my room, not to mention the outdated decor that could do with a refresh. Lastly, the advertised amenities didn't always match what I was given, leading to some disappointment.

Just a top selection for a mini-break over the weekend in Istanbul with very good value for money. The cleanliness was impressive, and the manager was super helpful in arranging an airport transfer that I wished I had done earlier myself. Make sure to explore the local food spots nearby instead of relying solely on hotel recommendations.
